Shipping & Orders

How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days from our facility.
Made-to-order items (such as custom carbon or specialty parts) will have specific lead times listed on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we offer international shipping at checkout.

Please note:

  • Duties and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Shipping times vary by destination

Can I cancel or change my order?

  • If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to accommodate changes
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Requirements:

  • Item must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Made-to-order or custom products

Fitment & Products

How do I know if a part fits my car?

Each product page includes fitment details and compatible chassis.

If you’re unsure, email us at support@hausofaero.com with:

  • Year
  • Make
  • Model
  • Any modifications

We always recommend confirming fitment before purchasing.


What is your fitment guarantee?

All Haus of Aero products are designed and tested for real-world fitment on the listed vehicles.

If a part does not fit as described under proper installation conditions, contact us and we’ll make it right.


What is the difference between wet and dry carbon fiber?

  • Wet Carbon Fiber:
    Hand-laid with resin, more cost-effective, widely used in aero parts
  • Dry Carbon Fiber (Prepreg):
    Manufactured under heat and pressure, resulting in:
    • Lighter weight
    • Stronger structure
    • More consistent weave

Dry carbon is typically higher-end and more expensive.

Most Haus of Aero aero components are dry carbon unless otherwise specified.


Are your exhaust systems valved?

Many exhaust systems are available in two configurations:

  • Valved Systems:
    Switch between quiet and aggressive sound modes
  • Race (Non-Valved):
    Fully open exhaust for maximum sound and performance

Product pages will specify available options.


Warranty & Protection

What does package protection cover?

Haus of Aero Package Protection covers your order if it is:

  • Lost in transit

If this occurs, contact support@hausofaero.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will either reship your item or issue a full refund.

Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.


What is your warranty policy?

We offer a limited warranty on parts from the date of purchase.

Coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects

What if my part arrives defective?
